9. CETB Staff Recruitment and Professional Development

All CETB courses are delivered by suitably qualified staff. Staff delivering Further education and Training programmes are required to be subject matter experts, with an appropriate teaching or training qualification.   

All staff are recruited in accordance with CETB Human Resource recruitment policies and procedures.

CETB recognises that enhancing the quality and expertise of the staff delivering programmes is essential if learners are to experience the best possible learning environment and achieve the outcomes they desire. As a leader of education and training, CETB is committed to ensuring that all staff have access to appropriate professional development opportunities. This includes enabling staff to enhance their skills, update competencies, explore modern teaching methods and collaborate with colleagues.
